Feature Added:

1 - Custom Offer Feature (Now Freelancer Can Send Custom Offer Against Service to Employer.)
2 - Payout Rejected feature (Now the Admin can Mark Payout as Rejected.)

    i)  Now, the Employer can Mark the Services and Projects as Disputed. We've added new pages for Disputed Services and Disputed Projects.
   ii)  The admin can manually transfer the amount to the employer's or freelancer's wallet.
  iii)  Admin can Detect Amount from Employer or Freelancer Wallet.
4 - Count Down Timer. (The CoutDown Timer has been added to the service OnGoing page.)

1. Fixed When an Employer tries to create a dispute against the completed services, the services are not showing.
